Mobilisation Project Manager - Fixed Term Contract

Job Introduction

Sodexo's Integrator team have a fantastic new opportunity to join them on a fixed term basis for 10 months as a Mobilisation Project Manager.

The client (the DWP) is expecting a surge in demand for additional footprint capacity as the furlough scheme tapers and companies’ right size their organisations and with that there will be the need to aquire new property and mobilise the services for the increase in space.

In this role you will lead and coordinate the above so will need to have experience in a similar role previously have excellent project management skills and be able to effectively manage client relationships.

Role Responsibility

  • Oversee, coordinate and support the mobilization of services for new sites
  • Have overall accountability for co-ordinating, monitoring and reporting on mobilization activity
  • Development and improvement of the New Site Mobilisation Processes
  • Produce proposals for systemization of the Process, and if approved implement
  • Working with Supply Chain Managers, engage with FM Suppliers
  • Develop processes for provision of FM services, including guarding and maintenance, for vacant properties and oversee and coordinate the implementation of these processes.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience of delivering and or mobilising FM Services contracts
  • Demonstrable experience of successful contract mobilisation
  • Effective and competent presenter and communicator at all levels
  • Highly organised, with excellent project management experience
  • Collaborative, with the ability to work as part of an engaged and focused team
  • Customer focused, dedicated to meeting and exceeding the expectations of internal and external customers.
