Up to £48,000pa
Location: based in any location within the UK with national travel required to our network of branches and intermittent travel to the Prestige Support Centre based in in Epsom.
Full time – but part-time considered

Your role at Prestige:
As part of the Operations team, the Mobilisation Complex Nurse Specialist will make a meaningful contribution towards enhancing the quality of life for the people we support whilst also supporting our network of Regional Nurses.
We are looking for a dynamic and independent professional Nurse with solid leadership and management experience and a flexible, can-do attitude who will be required to ensure safe standards of nursing and nurse led care are delivered to a consistently high standard across Prestige.
As a leading strategic focus for the operations clinical team this is a role with plenty of scope to contribute to the success of the business.

Role Responsibility
Responsibilities:
- To maintain current registration with the NMC through re-validation and compliance with NMC: The Code, Professional standards of practice and behaviours for nurses and midwives
- To undertake clinical supervisions with the Regional Nurse teams.
- To represent PNC on safeguarding meetings where required to do so.
- To ensure support and advice is readily available to the Operations and Branch teams.
- To provide in-house training on delegated health care tasks where there is an urgent requirement to support a Complex Care Package mobilisation.
- To provide Operational Support to develop, monitor and review policies relating to adult care in accordance with the national regulators; Care Inspectorate/Care Quality Commission and maintain compliance with the Fundamental Standards of Care
The Ideal Candidate
Skills and qualifications we’re looking for:
- Must hold an active UK NMC PIN registration
- Minimum of 5 years post registration nursing experience within the UK health care sector.
- Safeguarding Training Level 3 is essential but Training Level 4 would be desired.
- Have up to date knowledge of current safeguarding legislation, procedures, and practices
- Have up to date knowledge of relevant legislation within Health and Social Care
- Ability to undertake clinical supervisions
- Experience of training on a 1:1 or in a group setting.
