Meetings and Events Coordinator

What you’ll do:

  • The creation, management, and execution of events for both internal and external clients

  • Proactively shape the all-important guest experience, greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, exceeding customer expectations and leaving a lasting impression

  • Coordinate the prestigious settings facilities, by scheduling, planning and expediting operations

  • Enhance the experience of our colleagues and clients, providing support with meeting room set up and connectivity

  • Manage events admin tasks including updating the events calendar, filling relevant event forms and ensuring all departments are fully briefed

  • Keep our teams safe by having a close eye on Health & Safety practices, reporting issues as required

  • Be the businesses 'go-to' for providing information and events assistance

What you bring:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, however a passion for the guest experience and providing a quality service is key.

  • A positive, energetic and proactive attitude, with strong communication skills

  • Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft office, excel, power-point, outlook)

  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

Package Description

Meetings and Events Coordinator

  • Monday - Friday
  • Working hours between 7am and 7pm (8 hour shift)
  • 40 hours per week
  • £14.42 - £15.38 per hour + Sodexo benefits
  • Oxford Circus underground station nearby
  • Bicycle storage bays on-site
