Join our team and play a key role in delivering excellence and innovation in Hard FM and Technical Facilities Services.

As a Mechanical Engineer, you'll:

Provide leadership and technical support to ensure operational continuity and excellence within the mechanical engineering team.
Contribute technical expertise during emergency escalations, including out-of-hours critical incident response.
Uphold the highest engineering and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all safety procedures and legal requirements.
Manage and complete mechanical work orders timely, maintaining client equipment reliability and meeting contractual obligations.
Foster strong professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams while supporting staff development.
Maintain professional competencies, report on work order status, and ensure adherence to Sodexo’s global engineering standards.

What we're looking for:

Technical competence with NVQ Mechanical systems level 3 or equivalent qualifications.
Appropriate experience - 5 years
Practical technical skills and current working knowledge of engineering standards and best practice.
Practical experience of working independently in a technical maintenance environment
Practical experience of working to health and safety standards
IT literate with experience of using Microsoft Office applications and Computerised Maintenance Management Systems
Ability to self-manage and self-plan workload to meet set deadlines.
