Master Data Team Operative
Job Introduction
As Master Data Team Operative, you'll create and maintain all elements of purchasing master data within SAP, Product Database and FMS (Food Management System) within agreed timelines to ensure availability of accurate data for internal stakeholders, vendors and the FMS. If you are experienced in using application systems and have previous administration experience in a busy environment we would love to hear from you!
Role Responsibility
Create and maintain purchasing master data within the systems used to agreed timelines
Monthly and quarterly housekeeping and cleanses of master data to maintain and improve accuracy and quality of existing master data
Resolve issues and queries raised by internal stakeholders and vendors, escalating where necessary
SAP patch testing and UAT for system enhancements
Process and user guide reviews following each system enhancement or yearly as a minimum to ensure accuracy, relevance and best practice
Data management risk reviews to ensure risk mitigation is in place where necessary
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified with GCSEs C Grades (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English Language
Methodical, organised, accurate and with good attention to detail
Experienced in using application systems
Previous administration experience in a busy environment
Level 2 Excel and working knowledge of other MS office packages
Experience of communicating with internal and external stakeholders by phone and email
Experience of working with SAP master data ideal
Experience of system UAT
Experience of writing and working with processes and user guides

Package Description
from £22,500 – £23,500 + great benefits
Location: Stevenage SG1 (remote working considered)
Permanent
Work Pattern – 40hrs pw Monday to Friday
