Marketing Manager

Role Responsibility

You will be responsible for managing, executing and evolving the plan for marketing, which supports lead generation, customer insight, brand building and business growth activities in key markets for both The Good Care Group  and Oxford Aunts. 

The Ideal Candidate

  • A proven track record of success as Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager 
  • Ability to manage agencies to fulfil design and content requirements
  • Marketing skills and experience to increase brand awareness, generate leads and support the sales process
  • Excellent content generation, communication and marketing skills across all levels
  • A strong interest in all things digital (SEO, SEM), attribution, customer analytics and CRM 
  • The ability to manage multiple, cross functional projects for multiple stakeholders 
  • CIM / Marketing Degree 
  • A person who is curious, highly-organised, detail oriented, driven, energetic with an agile ‘Can do at pace’ attitude
