Marketing Manager

Role Responsibility
- Implement Bateaux London’s marketing plan and schedule of activities
- Maintain and further develop direct consumer direct segment sales
- Manage Bateaux London’s marketing activities to achieve Sales and Customer Satisfaction targets within the constraints of the set marketing budget.
- Coordinate Bateaux London’s marketing activities and manage the allocated marketing budget.
- Coordinate the design, production and print of marketing materials for Bateaux London
- Coordinate mailings and direct marketing activities for Bateaux London.
- Manage the venue’s website content and ensure that the information presented online is always accurate and up to date.
- Manage Bateaux London’s online booking and transactional platform.
- Manage email shots for Bateaux London.
- Ensure that venue data base is always up-to-date, clean and accurate.
- Provide coordination support for Bateaux London PR activities.
- Manage gift voucher sales on Bateaux London website and affiliated partners.
- Coordinate trade exhibition, FAM trip and corporate breakfast arrangements.
- Manage Bateaux London mystery shop programme.
- Prepare and distribute consolidated monthly venue marketing report, and bi-monthly central marketing report.
- Manage Bateaux London’s image library
The Ideal Candidate
- Understanding of the market place and leisure/venue marketing strategies
- Marketing skills (online and direct)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Past marketing experience
- IT skills and good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
