Marketing Manager
Job Introduction

Sodexo Live! have an exciting opportunity for a B2C Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team for a 14 month fixed term contract.
The role will focus on driving retail sales in Scotland and will offer you the opportunity to support the retail strategy for some of Scotland’s most prestigious cultural destinations, which include the Signet Library Edinburgh, the Royal Botanic Gardens Edinburgh and the V&A museum in Dundee.
As part of the marketing team, you will assist in the development and delivery of the B2C marketing plans. You will implement retail plan packs to support the retail strategy concentrating on the promotion of food and drink sales across the venues.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES
- Create and execute retail marketing plans
- Development and implementation of marketing activity, from briefing, planning, development, internal stakeholder management to evaluation
- Develop and implement promotional activity and supporting collateral (print & digital)
- Work with the digital team/Marketing Director to ensure venue websites & customer journeys are optimised for B2C audience
- Execute and implement appropriate use of marketing content, creative resources, and photography while optimising an effective online presence in line with digital strategy
- Work with our content agency to devise and deliver social marketing campaigns – paid and organic
- Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams and with external stakeholders and partners
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
In our fast-paced and challenging environment we need someone who is highly motivated, driven and results-oriented. You will have extensive marketing experience and a proven track record of delivering effective B2C campaigns, with a focus on increasing sales and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing project budgets and KPIs to ensure ROI, as well as expertise in building outstanding relationships through collaboration and stakeholder management. You will need to be able to work effectively with the sales, operational and food teams, and have a clear understanding of the retail within the hospitality industry.
