Managing Director Corporate Services Ireland

Job Introduction

We require business ambition, commercial mindset and strategic thinking for our Managing Director role based in Ireland. We are looking for a highly experienced and commercial individual to support our presence across multiple markets for our corporate services segment.

In collaboration with the CEO Corporate Services UK & Ireland you’ll take responsibility for implementing the UK & Ireland segment strategy in full alignment with the global and regional Corporate Services strategy to deliver sustainable, profitable growth. 

Our successful candidate will focus on driving our strategy for Ireland and leading our Corporate Services segment for Ireland to achieve economic and commercial performance.

You’ll be a member of the Corporate Services Executive Team and the Director of the Ireland Corporate Services Segment

 

Role Responsibility

  • Accountable for £100million revenue and 1800 workforce
  • Support driving our business development and growth agenda at senior leadership level due to the competitive market.
  • Building and developing a team comprising of our operational Account Directors, and dedicated functional resources through consistent personal role-modeling of behaviors aligned with the Sodexo Group values (Service Spirit, Team Spirit and Spirit of Progress) and ethical principles (Loyalty, Respect for people,  Transparency,  Business integrity)
  • Ensuring continuous innovation to anticipate and react to changing market needs
  • Performance on established Health, Safety and Environment, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Diversity and Inclusion metrics
  • Financial performance targets for the segment
  • Promoting the development of employees by allocating increasing responsibilities and enabling access to development programs according to strategic needs and in collaboration with HR
  • Driving Quality of Life for segment employees by defining and implementing supporting initiatives

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven track record in both senior operational and business development/sales roles at senior leadership level
  • Someone who can drive performance and take the teams with them.
  • Strategy development, implementation & delivery
  • Someone with experience of working at senior level in Ireland
  • Energy, leadership and resilience
  • Establishing effective & successful client relationship
  • Ability to deliver challenging financial & new business development targets

Package Description

£competitive salary plus car allowance

30% bonus, pension scheme, flexible benefit fund
