Mailroom Supervisor

About the role 

At Sodexo, we’re passionate about the services we deliver, and we place our customers at the heart of everything we do. To provide this service, we’ve a team of passionate Mailroom Assistants behind us and we currently have a vacancy for a Mailroom Supervisor to join us!

Being part of a busy team will allow you to demonstrate your excellent service standards and delegation skills to ensure we deliver an efficient and professional mailing service.

You’ll be organising and supporting your team with deliveries and distributing mail in a timely manner and you’ll keep a record of mailroom activity.

A few things about you  

To keep your team running like clockwork, it’s important to have a positive, approachable attitude as this is a customer facing role with supervisory responsibility. You’ll need to have strong communication skills with the ability to demonstrate great teamwork.

If you have previous experience working within a mailroom, that’s great! If not, but you have good IT skills, and previous supervisory skills, we still want to hear from you!

As Sodexo embeds a strong Safety culture in everything we do, there will be procedures to follow such as Health & Safety, so it is vital that you can champion this.

Package Description

  • 40 hours per week
  • £13.50 per hour
  •  Monday to Friday, flexibility will be required between 7am and 7pm
  • Uniform supplied
