Lounge Manager - Qatar Airways
Job Introduction
We are looking for someone to manage the prestigious Qatar Airways lounge; the role involves planning and delivering food and beverages in line with the high quality expectations of the airline and their customers. You will be managing the Sodexo Prestige team on site managing and coaching to ensure an efficient and professional service.

Role Responsibility
You will be interacting with customers by explaining the food and beverages on offer, understanding their needs and making recommendations to meet the needs of Qatar premium customers. Managing a team of service, cleaning and kitchen staff, you will also work in close collaboration with the Qatar lounge team to deliver a superior product and that delight all customers, and to ensure a smooth lounge operation. Working with the Qata Lounge team, including senior management you will complete monthly financial reports, look for ways to improve the service and provide solutions to operational airport challenges.
