Sodexo’s Energy & Resources team serves clients across specialist industries: oil & gas; mining and engineering; construction plus other energy sectors.
We have a dedicated team of 2,000 employees working at over 80 sites in the UK & Ireland region - often in isolated locations both on and offshore.

Role Responsibility
To work as a member of the loading bay team to ensure the efficient, effective and proactive running of the loading bay service.
The loading bay operative role provides the backbone of managed loading bay service operations.
The post holder will perform a variety of tasks related to the loading bay functions and Business Services Support Department and will flexibly and proactively respond to any client requirements as and when necessary
- Providing the highest level of BSS service within your area of responsibility in line with the client’s specifications
- Responding positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out your duties in a professional and courteous manner
- Participate in Health and Safety Policy of the Company and report any dangers, near misses or hazards. Making yourself familiar with and follow all company procedures and regulations
- Maintain data bases and use online booking tools

Package Description
- £11.63 per hour
- 20 day's holiday (prorotra) + bank holiday
