Lab Assistant

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Lab Assistant to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Cleaning.

What you'll do: 

• Collect all glass ware from appointed areas.
• Wash and dry all glassware
• Replenish all cupboards with Glassware once it is clean
• Keep area clean and tidy
• Remove any rubbish to correct wastage area
• Remove any broken glassware to blue bin
• Correct usage of chemicals as per data sheets
• Correct PPE to be always adhered to
• Signage to be put in place where necessary
• Managing lab consumables stocking system for the department/lab.
• Receive and unpack deliveries, including restocking of consumables and/or notifying requester of deliveries
• Attend dept safety & comms meetings, and ad-hoc meetings related to the role as required
• Report/raise good saves to ensure we maintain a safe environment for ourselves and our colleagues.

What you'll bring: 

• Experience in a pharmaceutical environment is an advantage
• GMP area knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
