Role Responsibility

  • Care about cleanliness quality and maintaining compliance in the kitchens
  • High level of communication with Chefs on shift
  • Supervising the team of Kitchen Porters to ensure a smooth operation during service and prep days

The Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Being friendly yet professional
  • Being a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticism
  • Good attention to detail and punctuality
  • Being proactive and organised is key
  • Experience within a catering and BOH setting
