We’re currently recruiting a Kitchen Porter to support our catering operations at Churcher's College Junior School, Midhurst Road, Liphook, Hampshire. GU30 7HT.
As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll play a vital role behind the scenes, helping to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. You’ll be working closely with our chefs and front-of-house team to ensure everything runs smoothly.
What You'll Do:
- Wash pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Ensure all cleaning materials and tools are used safely and stored correctly
- Assist with basic food preparation as needed
- Support in receiving and storing deliveries
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Desirable
- Hygiene qualification, or equivalent
- Previous Kitchen Porter experience in a similar working environment

**Equated pay (sometimes known as spread-over pay) is a method of paying you for your contracted hours, working weeks and holiday pay spread over 12 months instead of just receiving pay during the months that you work and none during the school closures/non-working weeks. This means that you get paid equal amounts of pay every month. Further information will be supplied at interview stage.**
