Kitchen Porter – Belfast BT9Hourly Rate: £12.21Hours: 7:00am to 2:00pmContract: 28 or 35 hours per week

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our catering team in Belfast BT9.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and takes pride in maintaining cleanliness and supporting food service operations.

Working Pattern:

• Choose from:

  • 28 hours (4 days out of 7)

  • 35 hours (5 days out of 7)

• Set shift: 7:00am to 2:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Support food preparation and service to company standards

• Maintain cleanliness across kitchen and service areas

• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and COSHH procedures

• Clean equipment, utensils, work surfaces, and storage areas

• Monitor and record equipment temperatures as required

• Store deliveries safely and efficiently

• Attend required training and meetings

• Respond promptly to requests from management

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working in a catering or kitchen environment preferred

• Good communication and customer service skills

• High standards of hygiene and personal presentation

• Willingness to work as part of a team and support wider kitchen operations
