Kitchen Porter/Driver
Location: Diageo Leven, Banbeath Industrial Estate, Leven, Fife, Scotland, KY8 5HD
Salary: £12.60 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent | Working Hours: 30.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday 7:45am–3:00pm, Friday 8:00am–11:30am

We’re looking for a reliable Kitchen Porter/Driver to join our team at Diageo Leven. In this role, you’ll be a key part of the kitchen operation—helping to maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and efficiency, while also supporting the team with site driving duties when required.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, team-focused environment and enjoys a mix of kitchen and delivery support work.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment at all times

  • Carry out pot wash and general cleaning duties efficiently and thoroughly

  • Manage waste and recycling processes as per site procedures

  • Support with daily deliveries and occasional site driving tasks

  • Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery

  • Adhere to all health, safety, and food hygiene standards

  • Remain flexible and proactive in supporting wider kitchen operations

Ideal Candidate

  • Physically capable to meet the demands of the role

  • Reliable and punctual with a strong team ethic

  • Holds a full UK driving licence (essential)

  • Committed to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen space
