Kitchen Porter - Cleaner
Job Introduction
This is a cleaning role with little to no food prep. Your role is primarily to make sure that all Health & Safety, Food Safety and COSHH regulations are adhered to within Montgomery Kitchen.
You may be required to support in other areas of the building during key service times. You will be required to support Front of House operations during key meal timings by clearing trays, cleaning tables, cleaning hotplates etc.

Role Responsibility
Primarily you will be completing cleaning tasks across the Centre as directed by the Head Chef and Shift Leaders in line with the cleaning schedule. During service, you will be working in the pot wash area ensuring crockery, cutlery, cooking equipment etc. is cleaned in line with SEMS.

Essential:
- Good communication skills, must be able to demonstrate effective verbal communication.
- Able to work on own initiative within a team environment.
- Able to demonstrate attention to detail and adherence to standards.
Package Description
Holiday entitlement of 20 days plus 8 bank holidays per year which increases with length of service (pro-rata).
Full uniform provided including safety shoes.
Company sick pay entitlement of 5 full days after 6 months employment.
No late night shifts.
