Job Introduction

We are currently looking for a Kitchen Operative to join our team at Tillery Valley Foods - the market leader in healthcare catering, delivering high quality, nutritous meals to over 120 hospitals and healthcare groups across the UK.

The role holder will be responsible for preparing products and ingredients to completion,  playing a crucial role in ensuring our hospitals have the food they require to get them through this difficult time.

Role Responsibility

  • To collect and prepare to completion ingredients/product in conjunction with High Care production plan.
  • Ensure all methods on recipes are followed, any missing or incorrect details are reported to Supervisor/Manager.
  • Notification to Team Leader / Supervisor or Manager if product is not within specification guidelines
  • To highlight any health, safety or quality issues to manager
  • Ensure at all times that food safety and personal safety are not compromised
