What you’ll do:  

•  Direct the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foods based on the guidance provided 
• Plan and price menu items, order supplies, and keep records and accounts
• Work on the range with the kitchen team to train, guide & develop
• Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations 
•  Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard

What you bring: 

• Previous experience working as a chef and willingness to develop into senior role! 
• Experience in menu planning and production 
• Experience in or exposure to bulk cooking

We are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our amazing Catering Team here at Nuffield Health Highgate Hospital in London!
