Role Responsibility

• Analyse data from multiple sources to drive brand strategy and optimise guest experiences
• Support the Insight Team in delivering an annual programme of quantitative and qualitative research projects
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer behaviour, translating findings into actionable insights
• Attend insight conferences, industry events, and food trend tours to extract key insights and develop actionable outputs
• Deliver monthly brand performance reporting, working closely with multidisciplinary teams
• Collaborate with seven business segments as an internal Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Drive change by putting the guest at the heart of decision making and challenging stakeholders based on insight and data

The Ideal Candidate

• At least 5 years' experience in an insight analyst role
• Proven experience in producing insights that influence strategic decisions
• Proficiency in modelling multiple data sources to analyse complex problems
• Experience analysing customer journeys on digital applications such as websites and mobile apps
• Excellent interpersonal skills and influential communication, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-experts
• Familiarity with analysis tools such as Google Analytics (experience in other digital analytics tools is a plus)
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills to navigate conflicting priorities and tight deadlines
