Industrial Cleaner
Location: Diageo, Whitehouse Industrial Estate, Runcorn
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Rate of Pay: £13.15 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent

Job Introduction
We are currently recruiting for an Industrial Cleaner to join our team at the Diageo site in Runcorn. This is a key frontline role ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse environment. If you take pride in maintaining high standards and have experience in industrial cleaning, this could be the opportunity for you.

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform industrial cleaning tasks in warehouse and factory settings.

  • Operate appropriate cleaning machinery and equipment.

  • Follow strict hygiene, health and safety protocols at all times.

  • Manage waste disposal in accordance with site guidelines.

  • Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and report low levels.

  • Work collaboratively with team members and follow instructions from the Cleaning Supervisor.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in industrial cleaning is essential.

  • Comfortable working independently in a physically demanding environment.

  • High attention to detail with a methodical approach to tasks.

  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

  • Good understanding of health and safety procedures.

  • £13.15 per hour, paid monthly.
