IFM General Service Manager 
Location: Moorgate, London 
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 & excellent range of employee benefits
Full Time/ Permanent role
 
Are you an experienced facilities management professional who is ready for a new challenge?
 
Sodexo have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced General Services Manager to join and lead our onsite team at our prestigious biopharmaceutical client based in Moorgate, London. 
 
Working alongside the client and our onsite team you will be responsible for day-to-day management of the onsite senior client stakeholders and Sodexo IFM service delivery. 
 
You will achieve this through a combination of managing the delivery through the hard and soft service teams and promoting an ethos of team work to instil a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.

 About You 
 
Experience and knowledge requirement for this role: 

  •  Experience in managing full IFM services is essential 
  • Proven experience in managing sites, with multi-disciplined teams. 
  • Proven experience in managing P&L accounts.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills.
  • Development of commercially viable solutions based on rigorous techniques to understand client and contractual needs.
  • Manage multiple workloads and shifting priorities.
  • Ability to interpret and utilise complex and varied financial and commercial information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and employees at all levels.
 
Desirable
  • Facilities, Engineering, Technical or business qualification.
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical industry for large blue-chip company.
