Hygiene Supervisor

Job Introduction

Sodexo currently have an opportunity available for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our Client’s new site in Altens, Aberdeen. Shifts will be 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday (42.5 hours per week).

Role Responsibility

  • Ensure sufficient staffing levels are in place to cover all absence and holiday dates.
  • Ensure sufficient stock levels of consumables and chemical products are controlled.
  • Highlight staff training needs and carryout where necessary
  • To liaise with customers and staff for the purpose of giving and receiving feedback.
  • To ensure working areas are free from slips, trips and fall hazards and that all Health & Safety requirements are met
  • Ensure all housekeeping equipment is in good working order and report any faults, maintain an inventory of equipment.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or managing people
  • COSHH Assessor training or IOSH Working Safely
  • Experience in a customer driven environment
  • Ability to communicate efficiently at all levels
  • Customer focused

Package Description
