Sodexo is seeking a reliable, hard-working Cleaner to join our housekeeping team on a busy industrial site. You’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality cleaning services across office spaces, laboratories, toilets, showers, and general amenity areas, helping us maintain a safe, hygienic and welcoming environment for our client and their workforce.
What you'll do:
Carry out general cleaning duties across a large industrial site
Maintain high hygiene and safety standards in all areas
Respond politely and professionally to customer requests
Adhere to Health & Safety, COSHH, and site-specific policies
Ensure cleaning equipment and cupboards are clean, stocked and well maintained
Assist with cover for absent team members where required
Wear appropriate PPE and follow site rules at all times
Keep accurate records as directed by management
Participate in ongoing training and performance reviews
What you'll bring:
Previous cleaning experience preferred
Awareness of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations
A team player with a flexible and positive attitude
Ability to manage your time effectively and work independently
Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
Willingness to cross-train and support other service areas if needed
