Role Responsibility

Role outline:

• High levels of cross-collaborative internal and external stakeholder management
• Successfully manage a team of 16 to deliver a high-quality service to patients and staff 365 days a year.
• Accountable for staff restaurant, patient feeding and Hospitality. 
• Ensure food is delivered in a clean safe environment ensuring all areas of safeguard, EHO and Nuffield policies are adhered too. 
• Manage all aspects of staffing and ensure the smooth running of patient and staff feeding.
• Liaise with client to ensure all requests are completed within the required timeframe.
• Attend client meetings and represent Sodexo.

Location:

Situated next to St Bartholomew’s NHS hospital, Nuffield Health at St Bart’s will be the flagship centre for cardiac services and will also provide a full range of surgical and medical services, including: orthopaedics, oncology, general surgery, and gynaecology and urology surgery.

• Experience working in a best in class, prestigious, high end blue chip corporate environment
• Background in 5-star, prestigious hotel industry
• Strong organisation skills and keen eye for detail
• Successfully developed and led a team to success
• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Proficient with Microsoft office suite
