Hotel Services Manager

Job Introduction
At Sodexo we are proud to have served the UK’s Armed forces for over 30 years! We currently have a vacancy for a Hotel Services Manager to join our dedicated team here at RAF Brize Norton.
In this role your responsibilities will involve planning, organising and managing the delivery of all services within Gateway House services to the benefit of all members, residents and passengers.
You'll be contributing to the growth of all services in order to meet client and commercial expectations whilst maintaining strict budgetary control within operational business area in line with client and Sodexo expectations.
To succeed, you'll need to have:
- Knowledge of working in a management role within the soft FM service industry
- Leadership skills and knowledge
- Ability to manage in line with strict guidelines and to plan and prioritise accordingly
- People management skills including general HR skills in recruitment, training and managing colleague performance including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Supervisory knowledge of health & safety and food safety.
To be considered for this role you will be required to hold a full UK driving License
Salary: up to £23.000 plus benefits
