Hospitality Prep Supervisor

Job Introduction

You are the face of the Catering Service operation as a Hospitality Prep Supervisor at Sodexo in Wellington College in Crowthorne.  This position involves responsible for the timely and efficient preparation of all (mostly cold) supplementary hospitality/internal issues – including  pack-ups, sandwich platters, fruit baskets, special diets, working lunches, cakes, parents’ teas, cold sports teas. Your positive attitude and exceptional customer service abilities will make you an indispensable part of everyone's daily life.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure this food production and preparation meets the Company standards, current style guide requirements and expectations of the clients/customers.
• To be responsible for the ordering of said items from the nominated suppliers whilst liaising with the Exec Head Chef and Sous Chefs of Hospitality and Pastry
• To ensure this food production and preparation meets the Company standards, current style guide requirements and expectations of the clients/customers.
• To maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of all prep and storage areas.
• Ensure compliance with all company and legislative requirements including health and safety, food safety and allergen management.
• To manage and lead all staff under their control.
