Role Responsibility
- To oversee delivery of the hospitality offer and services across the stadium
- To ensure the prompt and efficient service in all areas to the company’s standard and to the client’s and customer’s satisfaction.
- To ensure compliance with company food safety and H&S audit requirements
- Attend and lead pre-match and de-brief meetings
- Recognise staff potential Complete and sign all relevant documentation as laid down by company procedures Deal with customer complaints efficiently
- Carry out stock checks at designated times
- Check catering outlets at end of service for cleanliness
- Work alongside HR to assist with recruitment, learning and development of new starts
- Assist with on-going training of team members
- Carry out security checks as laid down in company procedures
The Ideal Candidate
Essential
- Looking to progress to your first management role
- Excellent people skills with the ability to set an example of market leading customer service
- Knowledge of cash handling, health and food safety
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels
- Experience of managing a mass-catering operation (300+ Covers)
- Proactive and highly organised with a great attention to detail
Desirable
- Knowledge of COSHH
- Valid First Aid at Work Qualification
