We’re currently looking for a passionate and experienced hospitality manager to join our team at Kiwi/Picton Barracks in Wiltshire. If you're ready to lead withpurpose and make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’lldo:
- Operational Leadership & Standards: Oversee daily service delivery to ensure it meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Sodexo standards. Act as duty manager when required, ensuring operational excellence across departments.
- Team & Performance Management: Lead and support your team through regular 1-to-1s, team meetings, and performance reviews. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, employee engagement, and adherence to health, safety, and food safety standards.
- Client & Customer Relations: Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and review meetings, proactively responding to feedback, compliments, and complaints to ensure high satisfaction.
- Business Growth & Compliance: Support business development by identifying growth opportunities, executing promotional activities, and contributing to site financial performance while maintaining compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
- Training & Development: Commit to ongoing professional development, completing required training, and promoting staff development through coaching and mentoring.
- Asset & Risk Management: Ensure the care and security of company and client property, manage incidents effectively, and report equipment faults or irregularities promptly.
What youbring:
- Proven leadership and management experience in the soft FM service industry, with strong decision-making abilities and the capacity to work independently or within a team.
- Effective people management skills, including recruitment, training, performance management, and handling HR procedures such as disciplinaries and grievances.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
- Sound knowledge of health & safety and food safety regulations, with a commitment to maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), with strong analytical skills to solve problems and implement innovative solutions.
