Hospitality Manager

Job Introduction

As a Hospitality Manager at Sodexo in LVS Ascot, you are the face of the catering operation. This role includes preparing and serving at various hospitality events and ensuring all working areas are kept clean and tidy at all times. What you’ll do: 

  • Ensure all food service staff are working to maintain and deliver a quality service according to set work schedules and procedures.
  • Undertake the monitoring of quality control systems, e.g., temperatures, job sign-off sheets.
  • Ensure all aspects of the preparation of food service areas and presentation of food are to the notified standard.
  • Ensure all food service assistants attend the daily lunch briefing.
  • To implement cleaning schedules to agreed standards
  • To ensure all food service assistants are in the correct uniform and promote a good company image
  • To ensure the promotion of a good company image to customers and guests by using positive service practices
  • Interacts with students in the serving, retail, and dining areas. 

What you bring: 

  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and respect for others 

  • Basic food-handling skills 

  • Experience working within a team with supervisory experience
