Location: AstraZeneca Discovery Centre, Cambridge Biomedical Campus, 1 Francis Crick Avenue, Cambridge, CB2 0AA
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Rate of Pay: £12.52 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent
Join Sodexo as a Hospitality Assistant at the AstraZeneca Discovery Centre in Cambridge and be part of a team that ensures high standards of service delivery in a dynamic corporate environment. Your role will support exceptional front-of-house hospitality operations where professionalism, attention to detail and customer service are key.
What you’ll do:
Deliver high-level customer service across meeting room and hospitality spaces
Support fine dining and corporate events with professional food and beverage service
Ensure cleanliness, presentation and readiness of all hospitality areas
Interact with clients and guests at all levels with confidence and professionalism
What you bring:
Experience in a hospitality or front-of-house role, ideally within a fine dining or corporate environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence working independently and as part of a team
A proactive, customer-focused approach
