Salary: €55,000 - €65,000 + Benefits

We are seeking a proactive Health & Safety Manager to lead and drive safety culture across our operations in Dublin. This is a key leadership role, responsible for promoting a safe and positive environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant Health & Safety, Food Safety, Risk, and Environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives across the account.
- Provide expert guidance and support to operational teams.
- Monitor compliance with Sodexo policies and local legislation.
- Drive cultural change towards proactive safety and risk management.
- Develop and support business continuity and risk management plans.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Produce reports and documentation to support safety goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma or equivalent in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Membership of IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health).
- Experience in Hard FM/M&E environments.
- Solid understanding of current Health & Safety legislation.
- Familiarity with Food Safety / HACCP standards.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence and lead in high-pressure environments.
