Salary: 46,800 Euros

What you’ll do:
- Promote and develop a safety culture, driving the implementation of health, safety, and quality systems across the account.
- Provide expert advice and support to operational teams on Occupational Health & Safety, ensuring compliance with legislation and company standards.
- Lead environmental health and safety planning, setting goals, agreeing on priorities, and establishing systems for performance management.
- Undertake root cause analysis for lost time incidents and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Collaborate with teams to develop Business Continuity Plans and ensure timely incident reporting and investigation completion.
- Support behavioral safety change initiatives and deliver updates on performance against health & safety targets.
What you bring:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health & Safety and membership of IOSH.
- Proven experience in facilities management within a high-profile organization.
- Strong knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation and experience implementing safety and quality systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- The capability to prioritize tasks effectively, working under tight deadlines and maintaining strong working relationships at all levels.
