I am delighted to share that we have a very exciting opportunity for a Head of Talent Acquisition Delivery to join the business and to take accountability for providing strategic leadership of the UK and Ireland resourcing team.
We are looking to recruit someone to work closely with our leadership team to ensure that Sodexo continues to attract and retain top talent and that hiring remains seamless and efficient and engage with and motivate a growing resourcing team.
This is a really exciting role that will enable you to utilise your talent acquisition skills and lead a fantastic team.
Role Responsibility
- Working with the Director of Talent you'll execute a comprehensive resourcing strategy that generates value through enhancing the Sodexo employer brand of quality of life making sure this supports growth and future aspiration of the business.
- Develop best practice and lead innovation utilising our tools and platforms
- Use of technology to support external talent pipelining.
- Develop key strategic partnerships both internal and external
- Managing and Exploiting Resourcing Technology taking accountability for ensuring that the ATS, front-end Careers pages and other technology channels (e.g. social media) are continually utilised
- Create value through better candidate sourcing, an improved end-to-end experience for hiring managers and candidates
- Production of MI to drive decision making and continuous improvement
- Develop and execute innovative and compelling talent attraction and selection strategies to meet the demands and timelines of the business
- Focus on the key talent acquisition priorities of experience and quality of hire and employer brand
- Ensure guidance and interventions are in place to guide hiring managers on how to manage the process and hire quality candidates, ensuring that the resourcing process, policy and associated documentation is utilised
- Be the key point of contact for Resourcing for all RLC -1 hires, owning the relationship with search and selection partners, advising on sourcing methods, providing a direct sourcing capability and supporting the hiring manager through the process from shortlisting through to assessment
- Work with the business to ensure we have the correct selection processes in place to hire the best talent across all our business areas
The Ideal Candidate
- Extensive experience in resourcing and talent acquisition
- Previous experience in leading and managing a team of resourcing professionals
- Experience of having provided recruitment support for senior roles, working with search and selection partners and having had experience of undertaking research, market mapping and direct approaches on passive candidates
- Startegic thinker – someone who can extrapolate from company plans the key resourcing issues, develop and deliver a plan to respond.
- Planning, prioritisation and project management skills
- Ability to operate individually and employing solid decision making skills
- Ability to develop and maintain highly effective relationships
- Ability to influence senior leaders
- Exceptional communication skills
