Head of Studio / Studio Manager – Creative Content Hub
Job Introduction
We’re looking for an organised and experienced Head of Studio or Studio Manager to join our Content Hub, which sits within the Brand & Communications team. You will be responsible for the smooth running and high-quality output of Content Hub, which is responsible for design, copywriting, videography and photography among other content outputs. In this role, you’ll manage our inhouse team of creatives and the freelance bench and support the building of relationships with creative agency partners. To be successful you’ll have great time management and organisation skills with solid budget management skills. You’ll be a great communicator and a brilliant stakeholder manager. You should also have a good understanding of the production, creative / digital marketing content process to boot. You’ll have the opportunity to add value from your first day, working as part of a proactive, creative and inspiring team. You’ll be able to develop your knowledge and skills and build a career in a company that’s got so many stories to tell.
This role will be based in Salford with hybrid working available.

- Championing collaboration - liaising with internal clients, group marketing and the wider Brand and Comms team on overall content planning/ scheduling
- Enabling Content Hub to build a strong profile and reputation within the business, driving growth and therefore cost efficiencies for the business as a whole.
- Providing expert creative project management, including consulting on briefs, overseeing budgets, reporting and supplier management

- An understanding of the production/creative/digital marketing content process with recent experience in a similar or comparable role
- Ability to work autonomously with an entrepreneurial zeal to put Content Hub firmly on a growth trajectory
