- Strategic accountability for leading and evolving the UK&I Region wide Quality management system to underpin compliance and performance reporting across all aspects of HSEQ.
- Define and own the quality management and business continuity strategies, communicating
iteffectively across the organisation to engage stakeholders at all levels. - Own and facilitate the identification and mitigation of risk in HSEQ, interfacing with the Risk and Internal Control team.
- Lead the management of business certifications such as ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
- Provide strategic recommendations to business leaders, driving improvements and ensuring compliance across the region.
- Manage the business continuity and disaster recovery processes, ensuring organisational resilience.
- Chartered Quality Professional (Chartered Quality Institute) with proven experience in a senior quality role.
- Lead Auditor qualifications and experience in ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
- Experience in developing and managing quality assurance frameworks and systems.
- Proven track record of influencing change and simplifying business processes at a senior level.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across the organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex systems, processes, and standards in a large-scale organisation.
