Join Sodexo Live! as our new Head of People Operations. This role is based at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club , the second largest stadium in the South East, welcoming 31,876 fans.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR leader to shape and deliver people strategies that drive performance, strengthen workforce planning, and support large-scale events. You’ll play a pivotal role in building capability, fostering engagement, and ensuring our teams are set up for success on and off match days.

What You'll Do:
Partner with business leaders to deliver innovative HR solutions that maximise people performance.
Lead and coach the Staffing & Training Managers, developing a high-performing and engaged team.
Direct staffing operations for 22 home match days, optimising team performance and maintaining service standards (excluding cup fixtures).
Manage the end-to-end staffing and training function across match days, events, and non-event days.
Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, influencing senior leaders and providing strategic HR insight.
Oversee labour budgets and workforce planning, driving efficiency while maintaining exceptional service.
Champion learning, development, and succession planning across the team.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and client KPIs, especially in relation to casual workforce management.
What You Bring:
CIPD qualified or working towards it
Proven success in HR leadership roles within complex, fast-paced environments.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence at senior levels.
Experience managing high-volume staffing and training functions.
Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
Organised, resilient, and able to thrive under pressure.
(Desirable) Experience working with unions, HR systems (SAP HR), and large-scale change programmes.
