As Head of Hospitality, you’ll play a key leadership role overseeing our full hospitality operation, including match day, conference & banqueting, and VIP experiences.
Strong leadership skills, a commitment to high standards, and a passion for training and developing teams are essential for success in this exciting role.
What You'll Do:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will:
Maximise profitability through smart financial management and service excellence
Deliver high-end, consistent service across all hospitality areas – match days, events, and fine dining
Lead and inspire a large hospitality team, ensuring motivation, performance, and development
Collaborate across departments including staffing, sales, culinary, and finance to meet business KPIs
Take ownership of EPOS and back-of-house systems, stock, GP, and client billing
Build strong client and stakeholder relationships to ensure long-term success and satisfaction
Champion Health & Safety compliance, audits, and best practice

What You Bring:
Essential:
Proven leadership in hospitality operations, ideally in stadia or large-scale event environments
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&Ls, labour, and procurement
Outstanding people leadership skills with a commitment to employee engagement and development
High resilience, initiative, and energy with the ability to remain calm under pressure
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Sound understanding of Health & Safety, food hygiene and operational best practice
Desirable:
IOSH Managing Safely certified
SIA Personal Licence holder
