Head of Hospitality

Job Introduction

Sodexo Live! have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Hospitality to join our first-class team at Amex Stadium, the home of Brighton Football Club!

Sodexo support with the hospitality at Brighton and Hove Football club both on Match Days and for Events.

In this exciting role you will be responsible for Managing the conference & banqueting bars and hospitality services including the teams.

You will have had experience in a similar role previously including leading a conferencing and events operations team and delivering high quality hospitality operations. This role would suit someone with a proven high level hospitality background.

Role Responsibility

• Manage site specific conference & banqueting bars and hospitality services including teams.
• Ensure business deadlines and targets are met in a timely manner
• Lead the team by example and take responsibility when needed
• Managing Hospitality operations on Match Days
• commitment registers kept up to date, purchase orders raised and authorised appropriately.
• Develop and maintain a positive attitude to continuous improvement

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience in leading a C&E operations team
• Expertly manage day to day client relationships
• Well-developed verbal, non-verbal, presentation and communication skills
• Experience of delivering high quality hospitality operations
• Operational knowledge, skills and experience in managing multi service operations
• Event management experience 

Package Description

to £42,000pa + great bonus & benefits package

Location: American Express Community Stadium, Brighton BN1

Permanent

Work Pattern – 40 hrs pw 5/7 to include weekends and all match days
