What you’ll do: 
  • To act as the primary company representative in respect of client account management for Independent and small group clients. 
  • The Head of Client Management will be highly commercial and demonstrates this by constantly adding value to a client’s business in new innovative ways, whilst seeking to increase Entegra’s revenue and profitability. 
  • The Head of Client Management should be organised, structured and able to delegate tasks easily to relevant departments, ensuring deadlines are met. 
  • Demonstrates a skilful level of relationship management, by maintaining relationships at multi levels within an organisation. 
  • This role is a ‘self-starter’ role whereby the individual should take full ownership for the client account management by finding solutions to problems whilst being very pro-active in their approach. 
  • Supports management and line-management responsibility for Account Management Team and ensures they are managed, trained and equipped to perform their role effectively. 
  • Liaises with Director of Client Management to ensure the delivery of product according to client's requirements and seeks ways to ensure maximum profit delivery & capacity efficiency
 
What you bring:
  • Three or more years previous experience in leadership roles with excellent leadership skills with steadfast resolve and personal integrity. 
  • A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics, with knowledge of accounting, financial and business analysis.
  • In-depth industry knowledge, and experience of multifaceted business functions and principles, including finance, project management, Client / stakeholder relationships, Client Operations, HR, leadership.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage to drive efficiency and growth results.
  • Proficient around IT and technology
