As a Head Chef at Sodexo, you will lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences that meet and exceed our clients' expectations. What you’ll do:
• Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure the preparation and presentation of meals meet the highest quality standards.
• Develop and design innovative menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
• Oversee food safety and hygiene practices, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently.
• Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
What you bring:
• Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong culinary skills with a passion for creating exceptional food.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• A creative mindset with the ability to adapt and innovate menu offerings.
