Sodexo have a new opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to join and lead our culinary team at our prestigious client office in One Microsoft Place, Leaopardstown.

Ensuring a best-in-class food delivery & daily changing menus and high-profile hospitality events, you will be at the forefront of mobilising a new kitchen in the clients’ head office.

In collaboration with the Sodexo central Food Platform, you and your team will deliver high quality, sustainable food offers for Senior Executives, VIP Visitors and Colleagues alike.

This is a real chance to mobilise the main restaurant area in this flagship site and build a core team to deliver hot & cold food service.

Drawing on your experience to date you will take ownership and accountability of all the on-site Sodexo food offers, leading the team to always ensure the Quality, Efficiency and Compliant Delivery of the service.

About You

Knowledge and experience required for this roles:

Experience in Sodexo policies, procedures and systems is desirable though not essential as full training will be given.
Demonstrate experience of managing teams of staff – communication, HR, values, ethos, interpersonal skills
Good organisational skills, and time management essential due to type of operation on site
Flexible approach to role
Self-motivated with the proven ability to work well under pressure.
The ability to set and achieve standards and operate to performance criteria (KPI’s)
