What you’ll do:

Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen equipment.
Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Ensure adherence to food hygiene and safety standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Collaborate with management to align culinary services with overall business objectives, contributing to the success of the establishment.
What you bring:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar senior culinary role, with a strong background in menu development and kitchen management.
Exceptional culinary skills, with a passion for creative menu planning and food presentation.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a talented kitchen team.
Comprehensive knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
