What You'll Do:
Ensure prompt and efficient provision of meals, aligning with unit specifications and KPIs, to support on-site clinical trials.
Be the face of food service, owning the service both front and back of the house.
Manage financial documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgeted levels.
Motivate, engage, and lead catering employees to high-performance standards following Sodexo policies.
Actively seek opportunities for sales growth within the contract.

What You Bring:
Proven experience in managing and leading a small kitchen team.
Financial understanding and demonstrable budget management skills.
Experience in adhering to and driving company initiatives.
Personal innovation and passion for food and service.
Demonstrative customer focus and service skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Relevant craft and H&S qualifications and training.
