£50,000 - £55,000 and an excellent range of employee benefits.
Monday - Friday- 08:30 – 16:00
Sodexo have a new opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to join and lead our culinary team at our prestigious client office in Belgrave House, SW1.
Ensuring a best-in-class food delivery & daily changing menus and high-profile hospitality events, you will be at the forefront of mobilising a new kitchen in the clients’ head office.

In collaboration with the Sodexo central Food Platform you and your team will deliver high quality, sustainable food offers for Senior Executives, VIP Visitors and Colleagues alike.
This is a real chance to mobilise the main restaurant area in this flagship site and build a core team to deliver hot & cold food service.
Drawing on your experience to date you will take ownership and accountability of all the on-site Sodexo food offers, leading the team to always ensure the Quality, Efficiency and Compliant Delivery of the service.

About You
Knowledge and experience required for this role :
- A third level qualification (HACCP/Culinary Arts/Professional Cookery)
- Previous experience of operating in a senior kitchen management role i.e. Exec Chef/Head Chef/ Senior Sous Chef role
- A passion for exceptional food and service
- Proven experience in leading a large kitchen team in a diverse environment with a focus on client and customer service
- Flexibility and ability to work on own initiative
- Proven exposure to managing the provision of corporate hospitality from concept to delivery
- Commercial acumen, strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Experience of introducing and promoting new and innovative menu options
- Ability to work with typical IT Systems related to food services delivery
- Industry acumen and knowledge of catering developments & Innovations
