Hall Porter
Job Introduction
As a Hall Porter at HMB Portsmouth, You'll be passionate about inter-communication and have our customers and their safety at heart of everything you do.
What you’ll do:
- To maintain service delivery in 24 hour Hall Porter/accommodation reception
- General Hall Porter/receptionist duties
- To cover the annual leave and sickness of a Hall Porter and/or Accommodation Receptionist, within a 24/7 rota. Day shifts and night shifts.
- Liaise with internal and external customers
- Creating paperwork for arrivals.
- Checking in and out.
- Reporting defects in a timely manner.
- To respond to queries at reception desk and incoming calls.
- Process all information with discretion and strict confidentiality to comply with data protection and other security requirements
- To carry out any other reasonable tasks and/or instructions as directed by management
What you bring:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Available to work flexible pattern
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Good customer service skills

Package Description
- 72 Hours per month (Generally 12 hours shifts once or twice per week)
- Shift can be 07:30-19:30 or 19:30-07:30
- £11.44 per hour
- Overtime will be available
