HSE Workplace Administrator
Job Introduction
A brand-new exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced HSE Workplace Administrator with a passion for excellence. This role would suit someone who would specifically enjoy supporting us with building an engaging and safe working environment. Your priority will be providing administration to ensure compliance to company safety procedures, together with support to operational teams on technology platforms used on account. You will have the desire to drive a culture of continuous improvements in health and safety whilst you maintain digital records for technology platforms and act as our Health and Safety Champion Lead.

Role Responsibility
- Drive and coordinate the use of the Salus App across the Sites
- Collate and produce weekly safety reports using Salus, as required. Discussing and reviewing data with the Site Management and HSE Team
- Leading and chair the Health and Safety Champions to establish and embed an engaging team
- Provide effective HSE communications including the issue of a Safety Quarterly newsletter
- Supporting the Site with the role out, management, use and maintenance of technology platforms
- Support the UK&I EHS Manager with EHS initiatives or innovations
- Maintain site specific safety documentation
- Keep diligently updated internal records with regards to incidents, near misses and accidents
- Undertake projects and information gathering to establish hazards and levels of risk
- Coordinating safety activities across site
- Support managers with EHS Training programs Conduct Health and Safety inductions for new staff. Manage and monitor the Site Training Matrix for all Staff
- Ensure all paper training / competency records are completed and retained in the employees training files
- Support Managers with internal HSE Audits
- Creating schedules for training and audits across all services
- Monitor and report on EHS audit program progress and action status
- Assisting in the continual drive to increase Safety Technology awareness
- Support the Level 1 audits programme across all services, where required
- Ensure HSE communications are in place
- Maintain up to date EHS records
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong detailed planning
- Confident with learning new software applications
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Powerpoint
- NVQ L3 in safety related field/NEBOSH desired
- Diligent with an analytical mind
Package Description
£28,000pa to £30,000pa + great benefits
Location: Brentford TW8
Permanent 40hrs pw
Work Pattern Monday to Friday.
