HR Mobilisation Manager - speculative
Job Introduction
We are looking to gain interest for a potential role we are currently bidding for within our Healthcare segment.
As the HR Mobilisation Manager, based in the South, you will report to the Senior HR Business Partner and take responsibility for leading and managing a large scale Tupe programme, ensuring no adverse employee reactions. You will quickly establish credibility and build rapport with key stakeholders. Along-side the management of this Tupe project, you will also deliver an effective HR service to the wider Healthcare business and pro-actively partner managers at all levels in providing pragmatic and commercially focused solutions.

Role Responsibility
- Partner with business leaders to deliver HR solutions that maximise people performance, strategy and workforce planning and significantly contributing towards improving business performance
- Manage the due diligence process across employee populations
- Design and deliver detailed HR plans across contract mobilisations
- Liaise with trade unions, employee representation groups and other external parties
- Manage appropriate training for employee representatives with regard to TUPE regulations
- Co-ordinate and deliver an appropriate communication plan for employee groups
- Manage HR transition plans pre acquisitions and post-acquisition transfer.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experienced HR professional with a detailed understanding and intellectual approach to all aspects of HR Management
- Significant experience of contract mobilisations in a people heavy environment
- Good exposure to unionised environments
- Sound employment law knowledge, particularly TUPE legislation and best practice
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all key stakeholders
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office including MS Project
- Ability to find innovative ways of solving and/or pre-empting problems.
