Job Introduction
1.Purpose of the Job
▪To promote a HR community of practice which will significantly contribute towards strengthening businessperformance.
▪To promote positive employee relations amongst the Sodexo Team, working within the Diageo contract (x 2sites).
▪To foster strong colleague engagement within the Diageo contract
▪To support, advise and work directly with the Operations team to drive business growth through employeeproductivity and satisfaction
▪To collaborate with the wider island of Ireland HR Team and ensure People processes are maintained to thehighest of standards within the contract
▪To assist people managers to manage day to day processes and support with IR issues as they arise2
